What's your shipping times?
A - In the past, our first two drops were pre-orders which led to people waiting 1-2 months for their order to arrive. Now all our orders that are available are pre-made meaning that as soon as your order is confirmed, you should receive your package within 3-5 business days (within Australia).
Standard Delivery Costs:
A - Shipping costs will always be $7.70 AUD. Our policy is that we cover half the shipping fees so that our product is able to be more affordable for our customers.
Do you ship worldwide?
A - Unfortunately, No... Only Australian addresses are accepted at checkout. However, as we continue to grow we hope to expand globally to Christians around the world.
Which size should I order?
When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website. Check our our Sizes, Fabrics and Fits page in our 'About Us' tab for more details.
Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for an oversized fitting we would recommend for you to order a size larger than your perfect fit.

I have an issue/question with my order.
A - We would love to help you. Email fam@lutroo.com.au with any issues or questions regarding your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
Can I return/exchange/cancel/change my order?
A - We do not accept returns or exchanges. Verify your order, sizes & shipping times before checkout completion. However, if your product has arrived damaged or defected, please let us know so we can help you.
Orders can be canceled/modified within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email about it or direct message us on our Instagram @lutroogarments and we'd be glad to help you! Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
